Engineering Excellence for Over 50 Years

Moon-Matz Ltd. was founded in 1974 by Dave Moon and Otto Matz as Moon-Matz & Associates, Consulting Engineers, specializing in electrical engineering. Over five decades, they built the firm into one of Ontario's most trusted multi-disciplinary engineering practices — a legacy now carried forward by a team of nine shareholders and 40+ professionals.

Our shareholder-led structure ensures that the firm's leadership is deeply invested in every project's success. With shareholders averaging 14 to 35 years of tenure, our clients benefit from stability, continuity, and deep institutional knowledge.

Today, with over 40 professionals and thousands of projects delivered successfully, Moon Matz continues to set the standard for engineering excellence in the Greater Toronto Area and across Ontario.
